Terms of Service

Last updated September 10, 2026

These terms describe your use of Breathe and this website, provided by Seawatts LLC. Questions can be sent to chris@seawatts.dev.

A personal breathing tool

Breathe offers visual cues for paced breathing and personal relaxation. It is a general wellness tool, not a medical device, treatment, diagnosis, or substitute for professional care. Follow a pace that is comfortable for you. Stop if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or uncomfortable. Do not use the app when an exercise would distract you from driving or another activity that requires attention.

Using the app

The iPhone and iPad app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs the app license. Nothing on this page replaces it or limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Use Breathe lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the website, compromise its security, or misuse its content. The app’s software, branding, and included artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Your settings and files

You control your local preferences and any files you choose to import or export. Keep a backup if you want to preserve preferences when changing devices or deleting the app. We do not keep a server copy of your settings and cannot restore lost local data. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle information.

Availability and changes

We may update Breathe and the website over time. We aim to keep them useful and reliable, but cannot promise that they will always be available or free from errors. The native breathing experience works offline after installation; website access and external support links require an internet connection.
